Depending on the number of hires, we offer 2 solutions;

  • InSource Lite - Suitable for 1 to 2 hires.
  • InSource Scale - Suitable for volume hiring, from 3 hires upwards.

How long does it take?

You can make your first hire in up to 21 days or alternatively create a campaign to hire a team in a specific timeframe.

How much does it cost?

Our clients typically have requirements to either make a one-off hire or volume hires to scale their teams. You have 2 options:

  • InSource Lite - A small retainer and a success fee on completion, we save our clients over 40% in fees.
  • InSource Scale - Subscription model and a fixed fee option, no surprise costs and we save over 46% in fees.

How does it work?

Our process is simple;

  • Agree Terms - Once we've identified which solution works best, we'll onboard a specialist Talent Partner.
  • Bespoke Solutions - we recognise that all clients are unique, and so your message, branding, and search are customised from the start.
  • Delivery - We manage the candidates from beginning to end, from initial head-hunting through to onboarding.
  • Handover - We lay the foundation for your internal talent team by providing a complete handover, alternatively if you have an ATS, we'd be happy to use it.

How do you source candidates?

We use proven Head Hunting methods, and create tailored Market Maps to identify 'active' and 'inactive' talent by skill set.

Will candidates be able to tell you're an outsourced recruitment partner?

No. Our solutions are embedded into the clients we work with. We represent your brand, control your message, and ensure our touchpoints into the market leave positive impressions. In fact, candidates will never notice we're a recruitment partner.

We're more affordable and deliver more. We provide complete visibility of the entire recruitment lifecycle, search reports, market insights, and weekly updates. All our work is yours to keep.

What happens if we're unable to hire?

In the unlikely event that you don't hire, then you only pay for the small retainer fee used to secure your dedicated Talented Partner. But even at this stage, our intentions are to support you and get the best result for your team.
